GENERAL

  • 1. Your price is significantly lower than other places, how is this possible?

    Do you use lower grade material? - No, we just minimize our expense, and exercise bulk purchasing power to set our cost low.
    When comparing apples to apples we believe our prices are very competitive. We always put out the highest quality material and printing resolution for the same price. We will never sacrifice quality for price.

  • 2. How much do the banners cost?

    The banner cost is based upon the number of square feet, the higher the square footage the lower the price is per square foot. Please send the quote request form to us for exact price.

  • 3. What is your turn around time?

    The turn around time depends on the order. In all cases, we get the job done as fast as possible. For an average job, the turn around time is 2-3 business days, but it all depends on size, quantity, availability, etc. We always try to meet any of your deadline requests.

  • 1. What shipping options are available?

    We offer FAST Express shipping (4-5 business days after your banner is printed) by Fedex, DHL or UPS for all of our orders around the world.

  • 2. What if I need my order delivered faster than 5-7 business days?

    We also offer Next day delivery, Air, Express 2-3 Days.

  • 3. Where do you ship to?

    We have long term cooperation relation with DHL, Fedex & UPS that offer global shipping service to most area of the world. Please send quote request form to us for shipping pricing.

  • 1. Are these banners for Indoor or Outdoor use?

    Our banners are widely used for both outdoor and indoor, as well as for P.O.P. or trade shows, backdrops.

  • 2. How long will the banners last?

    Our inks are made with automotive-grade pigments to resist fading for 2 years. We use 18 ounce, heavy duty three-ply material with PVC on the outside layers and an 800 denier polyester scrim in the back for strength. Semi-gloss finish. Anti-mildew, anti-UV, and flame retardant. Meets NFPA-701 (National Fire Protection Association, the governing national body) guidelines for flame resistance. Designed to withstand temperatures as low as minus 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 1. How should I store my banner so it lasts longer?

    Vinyl banners should be rolled, or folded image area to back side of banner area. Please DO NOT fold ink to ink as it may result the ink to stick while being exposed to heat and may damage the banner. Store banner in a dry cool place. Do not store in a hot place, do not store directly exposed to the sun.
    Fabric banner and backdrop can be folded to pack as small package. Ink to ink folding is ok.

  • 1. Do you print custom banner?

    Yes, there is no color and size limit. Single-color or full-color, it's all the same to us but remember: There is no surcharge for full-color printing, so don't be shy with colors and graphics. Also, as each banner, etc. is individually printed, they can all be the same or each printed different for the same price per square foot, so long as you provide the appropriate print-ready art files.

  • 2. Can you print on seamless vinyl?

    Absolutely. We print up to 10 ft. x 160 ft on seamless material. No size limit with welded seam.

  • 3. What is your standard print resolution?

    Our standard print resolution for vinyl banners is 1440 dpi. As such, all of our banners and flags have sharp, crisp, and consistent images.

  • 5. What are hems?

    1.5" Hems are double hemmed around the edges of the banner for a longer life span at no additional charge.

  • 6. What are grommets?

    Grommets are brass rings that are placed around the banner for hanging with hooks or rope or on a wall by using screws and washers. Grommets are usually placed every 2 feet at no additional charge.

  • 7. What are pole pockets?

    2" Pole pockets are looped pockets, either on the top and bottom or side to side of the banner for insertion of a pole for hanging.

  • 1. How do I place an order?

    Orders are processed by our sales manager after you approve our quote, we will send artwork proof, invoice to confirm finishing, shipping method and etc.

  • 2. How do I submit my artwork to print?

    A) You can upload your artwork on the File Upload page after the order is placed.

    B) You can send artworks via: www.wetransfer.com or www.sendthisfile.com or www.transferbigfiles.com orwww.mailbigfile.com

    C) You may also email us with your artwork attached to it.
  • 3. How do I change my order before it is printed?

    Please contact us via email or phone with the changes you would like to make ASAP. Include your name and a phone number where you can easily be reached, and your order number. Once your order goes into printing process we cannot change or cancel the order.

  • 4. How do I submit a special request order?

    If you have an inquiry about a special order, that you do not see on our website please feel free to contact us by email or phone.

  • 5. What if I didn't receive my order confirmation?

  • If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email folder or spam filter. If you still don't find it there, be sure to email us immediately at posexhibition@gmail.com or contact via whatsapp: 008613928228536 .

ARTWORK, FILES, ETC

  • 1. Is there extra charge to create the artwork?

    Depends on the artwork type, there would be a charge of $25-$50, e-mail your artwork for quote.

  • 2.How do I know if my file is good enough for printing?

    Mainly you should check with the person who designed it. If the file has not been created yet, you should inform the person designing it about the specifications for printing. Files should be created at 1/3 or 30% scale with a resolution no lower than 300 dpi. When building files please use US Web Coated (SWOP v2) color profile for your color builds. If assigning PMS builds please use the Pantone Solid to Process library of colors as all jobs will be printed in 4-color process CMYK. It is not necessary to provide bleed on your artwork. We will add bleed as needed to your files.

  • 3. What's the largest file size I can email you?

    We can accept files up to 25 MB as an attachment to an e-mail. In case of larger files, please use the upload link for larger files up tp 2 GB on the Art Upload Page. Please contact us posexhibition@gmail.com if you need more information how to complete the upload.

PROOFS AND SAMPLES

  • 1. Do you offer proofs and/or samples?

    Absolutely. We would not expect you to pay if you don't know what you are getting. We will provide the highest quality output with the closest possible representation of your output. If you have the time and require a proof, we will send you a real material graphic sample for $50.00 +shipping before printing your banner.

  • 2.Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?

    Due to the different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not match the colors displayed on the monitor. There may be a slight change.
    Please Note: Turnaround time does not start until proof(s) are approved.

  • 1. How do I install the banners?

    Banners with grommets: You can either mount your banner directly to a wall using screws and washers. Against a chain link fence, fasten through the grommets with nylon ties or wire. Also you can run a rope (or a bungee cord) through the grommets and attach your banner to two poles.
    Banners with pole pockets: you can insert a rod or a pipe thorough the pockets, and hook up straps to the rod/pipe.

  • 1. What is your product Guarantee?

    All our products are guaranteed for two (2) years against fading in excess of 15%. Please note: Since all orders are custom printed, therefore once your banner goes into printing process we cannot cancel or change the order.

  • 2. My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?

    If the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact customer support at posexhibition@gmail.com with damaged banners' photos.  A replacement will be supplied after we confirm the manufacturing defect.
